- The Aberon Software — a self-hosted product deployed entirely on your infrastructure. It collects no data, sends no telemetry, and makes no connections to our servers. We have zero access to your deployment or data.
- The Aberon Website (aberon.ai) — our marketing and sales website, described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Email address — when downloading the software or purchasing a license
- Company name — optionally provided during download
- Payment information — processed by Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers
- Contact form submissions — email, company, use case description

- Cloudflare Web Analytics — privacy-first, cookieless analytics that do not track individual users or use fingerprinting
- Server logs — IP address, browser type, pages visited (standard Cloudflare logs, retained for limited periods)
2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- No cookies for tracking or advertising
- No third-party analytics (Google Analytics, etc.)
- No telemetry from the Aberon Software
- No access to your self-hosted deployments
3. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver the software download link to your email
- To generate and deliver license keys upon purchase
- To process payments via Stripe
- To send transactional emails (license delivery, renewal notifications, expiry warnings)
- To respond to support requests
- To improve our website and services
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
