End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee", "you") and Intelligent Communication Management FZCO, trading as Aberon AI ("Aberon AI", "we", "us"), for the use of the Aberon software platform ("Software").

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Definitions

"Software" means the Aberon agent control plane, including backend, frontend dashboard, SDK, Docker images, and documentation.
"License Key" means the cryptographically signed file that defines your plan, limits, and features.
"Free Tier" means use of the Software without a License Key, subject to default limits.
"Instance" means a single deployment of the Software within your infrastructure.

2. License Grant

2.1 Free Tier

You may use the Software for free, without time limit, subject to:

Up to 3 agents
Up to 5 users
Up to 500 traces per day
14-day data retention
Core features only

No License Key is required for Free Tier use.

2.2 Paid Plans

Upon purchase and receipt of a License Key, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software with the limits and features specified in your License Key.

2.3 Scope

Each License Key is valid for one organization. You may deploy multiple Instances within your organization, but the aggregate usage must not exceed the limits in your License Key.

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

Redistribute the Software or License Keys to third parties
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
Offer as a service — use the Software to provide a managed service, SaaS platform, or white-labeled product to third parties
Remove copyright notices, license checks, or proprietary markings
Circumvent license enforcement mechanisms
Share your License Key with parties outside your organization

4. Intellectual Property

The Software and all associated intellectual property rights are owned exclusively by Intelligent Communication Management FZCO. This Agreement grants a license to use, not ownership of, the Software.

5. Data Privacy

5.1 Self-Hosted

The Software is designed for on-premises / self-hosted deployment. We do not host your data, and we have no access to your deployment.

5.2 No Telemetry

The Software makes zero network calls to Aberon AI servers. License verification is performed entirely offline using cryptographic signatures.

5.3 Your Data

All data processed by the Software (traces, spans, audit logs, agent data) remains entirely within your infrastructure under your control.

6. Pricing and Payment

Free Tier: No payment required. No credit card required.
Team: $149/month or $1,490/year
Enterprise: Starting at $999/month, custom pricing available

Payment is processed via Stripe. License Keys are delivered electronically upon payment confirmation.

7. License Expiration

7.1 Free Tier

The Free Tier does not expire. You may use it indefinitely.

7.2 Paid Plans

Upon expiration of a paid License Key:

The Software does not stop working
The Software reverts to Free Tier limits
Existing data remains accessible
No data is deleted

To restore paid plan limits, renew your License Key.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ABERON AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may terminate this Agreement if you breach any term
Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and destroy all copies
Sections 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
